The book is a great pick for those looking for a way to clear their minds through introspect and alternative approaches. It is a very quick (easy) read, that offers a number of reasons why a person can become bogged down with illness (physical and emotional), and how they can use traditional methods of finding peace and "balance." As an added treat, the book offers a few herbal ideas for the purpose of helping the reader find balance.
The book takes a very positive approach, and does rely upon introspect and self reflection.
If you are looking for a book that is traditionally pragmatic and that takes a scientific approach - - this isn't likely the book for you. But, if you are looking for a book that offers options for allowing your mind and body to heal in a gentle way, you will enjoy this read!
Thank You for writing the book Sun Bear, Crysalis Mulligan, Peter Nufer and Wabun.
