Disc 1: ONE MILE WALK + 3 Bonus Toning Sessions
Leslie is alone on this one, and it's a simple basic 15-minute long workout. I believe the toning sessions with Nick combined are 20 minutes. After the warm up, the clock shows up with 10 minutes left. The fast walk begins. At 5 minutes left, she does a boost, and then at 3:20, she'll get the blue band out. Cool down only lasts 20 seconds.
Disc 2: TWO MILE WALK
This was personally my favorite mile due to the content and the fact that a good group of music was bundled into it. Leslie is with people in this one. In and out through the walk, she'll have you do stretch band work once in each mile. It says it's supposed to be miles targeting the abs, but I didn't really notice anything like that. This is about 30 minutes long. Twice, she'll do boost walk.
Disc 3: THREE MILE WALK
Leslie is alone, but this was a really good three-mile walk. I felt pumped up and she kept it very interesting. These are the miles that are said to slim thighs, butt, and lower body. So, the first mile is for the belly, second mile for the thighs, and third for fast walking. You'll do boost walk three times as well as band workout three times. Total time is 45 minutes.
Disc 4: FOUR MILE WALK
Leslie is with everyone, and these miles pretty much feature everything else you've done from the other discs. This runs about 60 minutes.
Disc 5: FIVE MILE WALK
Leslie is with everyone, and like the four mile walk, this has all the combinations of what you did in the previous discs, only you'll get a bigger kick out of this one, especially with the band work. This is about 75 minutes.
So, really, you are given 15 miles in this bundle, but I find it such a waste becuase honestly, these discs could have been reduced to at least two of them. Putting just one mile on a whole disc wastes so much room left over. I would know, becuase I've made DVD's before, and they can hold up to four hours worth of content. But it's a good thing we're given a CD case that does a good job keeping up with all the discs.
One other thing I did not like was when she'd interrupt the workout with band sessions. That was something I really couldn't stand in the 5-mile walk. I just wanted to keep going while I was pumped and sweating, and could have left the band sessions specifically in the band mode apart for the miles.
It is worth the money.
These DVDs are a more advanced walking/fitness challenge.
