I've been through 3 of these in a row. The first two simply stopped working a few weeks after I bought them, so the seller replaced each one. The third one lasted just long enough for the return policy to expire, so I won't be getting any more. I think it's fair to say that this product works beautifully for a while but is not built to last.

The device itself is otherwise well designed with a non-slip, almost velvet-like feel. The instruction manual, so to speak, is the size of a postage stamp and impossible to understand. This is unfortunate because the device seems to be able to handle multiple devices in multiple ways but for the life of me I can't figure out how to do that. So I’m deducting a star for the lack of documentation, and another star for its short lifespan.

It comes with a micro-to-USB cable, about 12 inches long, but no wall charger.

Got this because it advertised as working with IPhones. It doesn't work for my 4S. Adequate for my Kindle, but again, doesn't work for my IPad either. The instructions are hilarious though. Whoever wrote them obviously has no command of the English language.

The cord for charging android or non-Apple devices has signs of regular long term wear and tear after 1 week of use. Charges quickly. Doesn't over heat any more than other portable chargers I've used.

I bought mine in February 2015 and after 4 months of very light use (average less than once per week), the battery cannot charge any of my cell phones and the indicator light do not turn on any more. It is light weight, feel good to touch and great to have cables build in, only if it last longer. If it gone through 200 cycle of charge and discharge, I probably will not complain but I think mine only go through less than 20 and it already die, it is the rechargeable battery with the shortest life span that I ever own. Now I am waiting for response for replacement, depends on the outcome, I will change my opinion of the company.

Works great! Charges my phone quickly and has a lot of power. I love that the charging cables are built in so you can't loose them and it is compact and sleek. If you are looking for an external battery I would recommend this one.
