I purchased this valet box not knowing what to expect especially after reading many reviews saying It was received broken. Well mine wasn't and I'm not sure is it's just because I'm lucky or because others misused it. I admit that the product is quite fragile so you'll need to be a bit careful while using it (specially the lid part). However, while the craftsmanship is not the BEST!, the box still look elegant and nice.
The main reason why I went for this one was because It's the only one that fits my requirements. I bought it to store my wide collection of wedding bands. (Can carry up to 5 (size 10) ring in raw). Putting in mind that the box contains 8 raw in each side (left and right) that means it can carry up to 80 rings which is something difficult to find.
When you slide the rings compartment as demonstrated in photos, you'll find 2 compartments beneath It which I use to place in my wallet and my large watch (can carry more).
First drawer contains 16 small compartment which are good to store my cufflinks and shirt studs (each set in a compartment). Second drawer contains 2 long horizontal compartments which I use for my pens, while I use the second one for my lighters.
While the overall size of box is compact, It can really store many items safely with good protection.
I wish if the box was built stronger than how it really is, but since it's the cheapest one I found and the only one that covers my needs without much of extra space, I'm quite pleased.
If your requirements are close to mine I'd definitely recommend it to you.
