Some good information , but not enough depth. The case studies could have been better explained, instead of the gloss over basics we got. We don't have any idea exactly what it took for them to solve their issues, what exercises they did, or how they felt afterwards. Did it save their relationships for instance?? Very easy book to read, very simple, and can be read in under an hour. Good advice given, a lot of common sense really. Also highlights the lack of sex education in schools as people just wouldn't have a lot of these issues if they were taught how sex works, and how men and women differ, and the how to's for a good relationship. There was a lot of good topics in there, but I feel she could have expanded and really tackled them examined them in great detail, and not just paid them the general lip service they were given.
