Jacqueline Kasun's perspectives regarding the scope, means, hidden agendas, and power manipulation - of and by the elitists in government(s) and special interests groups,as they pertain to Population Control, are insightful and thought-provoking. All pertinent source information is well-documented (often from multiple sources)as footnotes at the bottom of the page. Delving into the footnote/source material via the internet - only substantiates the author's perspectives.
This book is a MUST Read. I appreciate the author's straight-forward approach to factual, substantiated and well-documented evidence, that allows the reader to think for themselves - before forming an opinion.
Jacqueline Kasun does present her opinions and insights into the subject of Population Control, past and on-going, but does so in a manner that focuses on leaving each of us with the ability to make an informed decision on our own.
This book contains factual information that the media and "powers that be" don't want us to know.

Dr. Kasun, an ecomonics professor, has thoroughly researched this subject and written this insightful book. The book was updated in 1999, and has lost none of its relevancy. I found this comment about her book:
~"After being assigned to teach a class to senior officers about "Nation Building" in which one of the principles was to introduce "population control" as soon as possible, Kasun's book and research made it possible to convince the college that children are indeed the most important asset families and nations have and must protect. Dr Kasun's classes at Humboldt State were no walk in the park, trust me on that. I arrived with a 3.7 GPA from Southwestern and when I got my first exam back in Intermediate Macroeconomics with an "F" on it, I was terrified and angry. Complaining outside at the "trick questions"--because of course it couldn't have been that I didn't know what I was expected to know-- I was overheard first and ... then I was approached. It was Dr. Jackie Kasun and she walked up just as proper as you p[lease and with the snap to her movements of a Coast Guard cutter in opening seas outside a harbor. She suggested I knew how to "feel" at that point in my career, and I could either "check out" or, if I stayed with her instead, she would teach me how to ACTUALLY "think"! Well I stayed! I q so very glad I did. She lived up to her promise and then some. The "War on Population" book was one of several for her "Comparative Economic Systems" class. I've had many great professors. Jackie Kasun became my favorite as well as my friend, right up there with the greats such as Dr. Lee Badgett, who went on to be Provost and Dean of the Faculty at Virginia Military Institute. Her integrity was beyond question. Her economic analysis, calculus based, was flawless. This.book is on population is top.flight economics by a practicing PhD from Columbia University and wait till you get to the part about fitting everyone in the state of Texas. It was my privilege and honor to know her--to be her student. This book reads like a novel. It is a book for the masses. It will enrich you. It will lift your thoughts as if on wings. Own this book before it is forever gone!!!!!I will forever treasure her as my teacher and friend. Absolutely--buy this book!!

This book is not meant to be read straight through, chapter after chapter, but it's primary purpose is as a reference. Hundreds of footnotes citing studies, papers, newspaper articles, other books etc. which deal with issues of overpopulation. The book covers major people, such as Paul Ehrlich and Margaret Sanger, who have heavily contributed to the current "thinking" concerning overpopulation, as well as major groups, like Rockefeller, whose agenda is heavily influenced by the threat of overpopulation and scarcity of resources. The book does an excellent job of giving important information, graphs, and charts which show that there is no overpopulation problem, and that it is only a tool used to push things like contraception, abortion, and sterilization. Malthus and Ehrlich were both proven horribly wrong during their lifetimes, yet many still hold to their dogma.
