After reading some recent negative comments on this product, I wanted to once again stress some KEY POINTS: This is NOT an "instant" wine chiller.
If you want to drink wine for any other reason than because you have anything other than at least a mild love affair with it, then just buy the bottle and drink it as you always have and don't waste your time or money. If you have an appreciation for wine and all of it's varying nuances, you will see the value of this product.
NOISE LEVEL- Yes, the fan does emit noise the entire time it is turned on, this unit is approx. 8"D X 10"T X 5"W, it is not a refrigerator and does not have a condenser.Read more ›

so far so good... a little loud though. and note to engineer, hide the cord in the back next time
