My kids love this game. For a dollar you can't beat it. Create your own story using words you type in. When they have completed it I'm going to play through the game. Looks good for adults too. Be aware that there is in-app purchases so make sure your Kindle has that feature turned off or you may be short on the mortgage payment.

This game is fantastic. The object is to complete each scene by using things that are relevant to the scene that you input. Example: There is a level where you have to help make a snowman. You have to click the notebook and type in snow, branches, hat, coal, carrots....etc. Then after inputting the information into the notebook, these items appear on the screen, where you drag them to the machine. After you have gotten enough items to create the snowman, it is created and you earn a star and the level is over.
This game forces you to be creative and think of the different items you may need to earn the star. It has been a lot of fun for the whole family. A great purchase.

ok, so I got this game for my kids to play - go figure - the husband and I ended up playing it more than them. This game is insanely awesome. To complete each of the levels you have to create an object of your choosing to complete the task requested of you. You create the object by typing it into the notepad on the top right corner. Once you've completed the level usually you get a silver crown and you have to go back into that same level and it will require you to complete it 3x's again and it will give you a golden crown. There are some other awards you can win but I don't know how you get them. What's really crazy is how your creations interact with each other, didn't realize that was possible until the hubby stated someone had previously used the avengers and their evil counterparts in the same game and they started battling each other, so I came up with the idea of using a democrat and republican and they started to debate with each other. I got a gold star on that level so that was cool. Anyway, this game has an amazing concept and was enjoyable for us older farts too.

I used to play this on my DS, and the gameplay is still very similar! That's the best part of this game. To those who do not know about the gameplay, you can tap on the notepad with a pencil in the top left corner and actually type any noun (person, place, or thing) and use adjectives (words to describe a noun) to describe that noun. However, it cannot be copyrighted! An example is that if I typed in 'colossal green bird,' then that will pop up! Just be aware that it is very literal, like if you type in 'scary t-rex,' a t-rex will pop up with a scary mask on. Or if you typed in 'pretty unicorn,' then a unicorn will pop up with a crown on. Anyways, I hope that this review is helpful!

I just started playing dis game and it is AWSOME!!!!!!!!!it's perfect ya can get almost anything you want supra fun if I could I would rate 100 starsððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððððð

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I purchased this game for my Kindle. I'd heard of the game, but didn't know what it was about, so I got it on a whim. I'm forty years old and a bit attention-deficit, and I found this game surprisingly challenging, in spots. I like that it encourages you to use your imagination, which is why I got it, though it is very easy to be mischievous and wreak havoc, instantly changing the rules. While Scribblenauts is a great game for children, I will admit it is not entirely what I was looking for. I'm giving it 5 stars to hopefully encourage parents and the young to get it, as it is both creative and educational. A bit boring, however, if you're my age.

I had 500 extra credits to spend before they expired when I came across this gem. I downloaded it and immediately started to play it. One level was not enough. This game is so amazing that I decided to pay an extra 99 credits to get the world updates.
Note: I was skeptical because I thought if they didn't have the item it would say retry. Or you had to choose from a list of words, but you can literally make ANYTHING!!! I even made a pink paisley goat. They even had greek gods to people to animals to even magical potions that can make someone green. I would definitely recommend this game to anyone that wants a genuine game!

Oh my glob this is awesome! I got this game first on my dsl and there were a.few things they could change, so I waited,.and waited,and waited until I turned 9 and got a kindle for my b-day. I got it with a gift card that I spent on some movies and on this game and a few others. I played it and played it and played it. It was so addicting I put it down for a minute then had to get it again to see what the talking Apple would say to the happy pear.
(Sounds weird right?)
But I prefer the free mode over the levels because they let you get more creative. Nice animating, and great for kids because if you try to type a bad word..
A. It will spell correct
B. It means something else
Or C. It doesn't come up.
So if you have a trouble maker in your household,and they have a creative side, they can try to type butt and it will say, did you mean blablabla?
Sorry for some random periods and thanks for reading!

LOVE this silly game! I play it with my teenage daughter. Fills us with laughter - great for doctor's office waiting or anytime you need to get your inner silly on!
