I really enjoyed this book. It wasn't flooded with lots of extra detail- it moved right along but still had enough description to let you create what was happening in your mind. I slowed my reading pace towards the end because I wasn't ready for it to end. I look forward to reading the next book!!! Katie
This book was actually really good! At first I thought it was a little slow, but it really picked up and when it ended I realized the book had grown on me. I thought it was a good book, and I liked how Merewyn progressed from a slave working in a stable to a warrior. I was also glad that this book actually has a happy ending, contrary to many today. I really liked this book. It has elements that reminded me a little of Lord of the Rings, but it's very much its own story. I especially liked the imagery-you are there! I really came to care for the characters-especially Merewyn. Jean
From the Author
A story of human resilience, perseverance, faith, and victoryemerged. My heroine not only survived butthrived, and continued on to a more fulfilling life than shemight have otherwise enjoyed. And during her journeyshe discovered within herself strength and abilities she didn't knowshe possessed.
Warrior Queen of Ha-Ran-Fel swept me into a beautiful and enchanted world witha colorful cast of characters: The Arganian mystics; the stalwartwoodsmen; the evil sorcerer and his ambitious apprentice; the sinister peoplesof the Dark Lord's realm; and the rough-neck mercenaries, among others.Action, suspense, and humor intertwine into an intriguing tale. I lovedwriting it. And I'd love to share my world with you.
