Built Very Well .... but no 15 degree

Was very excited to get this sharpener. When unpacking it, I noticed how well designed and built it was.
But when I really got into the details of using it, I realized I had make a big error. I had mistakenly interpreted its 30 degree setting as a total of 30 degrees - a 15 degree bezel for each side of the knife. No, it's 30 degrees for each side for a total 60 degrees. Since our kitchen knives are designed for a 15 degree bezel on each side, this won't work for us. Disappointed, since it appears to be such a nice design. Hopefully they will add the 15 degree setting in the future. But for now this is going back and we will be looking for a different solution.

My only regret is not getting the extreme edge model which has a 15 degree angle which would serve me better for my filleting knives. All and all this sharpener is a no brainer.
