May not properly fit Panasonic Lumix TS-30
on December 17, 2017
As other have said, the Wasabi batteries are slightly thicker (about 1/32" ) than the original Panasonic battery. The Wasabi batteries have to be slightly forced into a Panasonic Lumix TS-30 camera and do not eject from the camera when the white battery release is activated. They must be pryed out of the camera. I have four TS-30 cameras (one for each grandchild) and have tried many off-brand batteries. Other than being slightly oversize, I've found the Wasabi batteries to be the best non-panasonic battery because they charge in the panasonic charger and the light goes out when the battery is fully charged, and the camera recognizes the wasabi battery. Other cheap-o batteries charge forever (overcharge ) in the panasonic charger and some are not recognized by the camera and you get an error message "replace battery" even though the cheap-o battery was just charged.
The wasabi would be 5 stars if they fixed the overall dimensions so they would simply fall out of the camera when ejected. Not looking forward to the day when one expands from the heat and gets hopelessly stuck in the camera. Another reviewer adds a handle to the battery using electrical tape.
