Why did I write this book? The answer is simple. When I first started out on my journey to build my Watch Company, I have scoured the internet looking for a knowledge source. A starting point. A reference point. Aside from the various messages on Watch related Forums, there was nothing available. It was frustrating, disappointing yet inspiring at the same time. Inspiring? Yes. Because it motivated me to try even harder to break through the unknown. I also made a promise to myself that I would share my experience with others if this was to work out in some shape or form. 3 years later I have found myself leading 3 global watch micro-brands which have experienced tremendous growth this past year, primarily because of the patient foundation that we have been building all these years. As a result, I have compiled key lessons from this startup journey and made the best effort to illustrate a summarized version of what has worked and what has not.
About the Author
