    I love my Water Pic. These tips work exactly as expected, and my dentist tells me they are doing a great job of helping me avoid costly, painful and unnecessary dental work. Package says to replace your tip every 6 months, but I only needed new ones after 2 years because they are made plastic, and I dropped my whole unit. The impact snapped the tip, which hit the floor first.

    The enitre system is essential to good oral health. I do not miss one day of using it and usually twice a day. I water floss and then brush and then water floss again. The water pick cleans right under my permanent bridges - for those of you who have bridges - there is no pain or uncomfortable sensation - I love it. The sonic brush just frees you of all that plaque. This is probably the best item you could buy yourself. And, it does not leak...saw that in a write up. I keep a paper towel under the unit on my bath counter - the water can run down the cord of the water pick to the counter if you don't hold the cord in a downward position, which I do - it doesn't really matter anyway - doesn't hurt anything. You must just learn how to position youself over the sink so that when you are rinsing the water drains in the right direction to the sink bowl. This is not at all difficult. I look forward to it - and you can do it as often as you want whenever you want. I won't get to my first dental visit till May - but when I do, I know that there will be utter surprise. AK

    Hard to right reviews for something so simple. It's just a replacement head sure. If you're familiar with the waterpik (which you likely are if you're here) then you know it's strong and takes out the plaque. These are just as good as the original with a tight fit and solid performance. It seems hard to screw up a little tube of plastic but I've seen it done. These work.

    I bought these replacements after one of the tips (the one used by my wife) broke at the base. Shipping was really fast, price was reasonable and they are exactly as the ones that came originally with the Waterpik. Having said this, when I read the back of the packing box it said that these tips should be replace every six months; this old tip lasted for over 2 years which then suggest quality is very good. Maybe replacing them every six months is a stretch, once a year should be fine to avoid having no replacement at hand when the tip breaks

    Somewhere, perhaps under the WaterFlusher itself, I gave out a bit of misinformation due to ignorance, not intent. When I broke the top off the pic, I indicated I needed to find a tiny screwdriver to dig out the rest of it. Little did I know (after a year of using the same high pressure pic) that the blue button on the top of the machine only needed to be moved up and the rest of the pic could slide out easily without any extra tools. Indeed, that is what it it is there for, and since discovering this fact I have now used three different kinds of pics, (high pressure, the one with the tiny bristles at the end and the other one with a mass of bristles) and I use them about 3 times a day. I still think It's a wonderful machine and highly recommend it and the pics that go with it.

    The item was packed in cheap-looking materials. Well, it's made in a place known for the cheapest production cost. The replacement tips are not as good as the original tips that came with the purchase of flosser. The material of the replacement tips is slightly different than that of original tips. I certainly hope it still saves to put into my mouth.

    In term of price, it is a little more expensive considering the tips are relatively small compared to other consumer products (such as shirt). But, it's a product that requires us, as consumer, to purchase the replacement tips at one point in time since it's cheaper than buying a new flosser. So, basically, the options are buying either new flosser or replacement tips.

    The good part is the replacement tips come with different color.

    These work great, without flaw!!! It's so nice to not have to clean the tip off with alcohol every time a person uses it and, instead, have a personal color for each person. The colors help you distinguish between the two and they have worked so well without leaks or cracks. If you have a water pick machine and have more than one person on it, these would help so much!

    When I opened my original package bought locally, the jets were missing. Inside there is a note from the manufacturer to call them first before returning the merchandise from whence it came. The manufacturer customer service was TOTALLY USELESS. They told me replacements were available at only one chain, not the chain where I bought it and decided that I was not going to call each location to find out if the jets were available. I purchased another flosser from Amazon, opened the package carefully, found what I was looking for, the jets, carefully made a small whole, took them out and returned to original location from where it was purchased and told the jets were missing. As Waterpik told me I could not purchase jets from that retail location.
