I’m so happy to be able to make colorful icing, m fondant and salt water taffy. My kids and I bake a lot, and make cool special treats. It’s bad enough most of them have sugar, but I can’t do the dyes. Plus food coloring tastes so terrible. When we make taffy and icing, it always looks so boring because I refuse to use crappy chemicals. So I’m very excited about this! We’ve used it for fondant so far and although it was difficult to get the colors deep, they were deep enough. The more drops you use, the harder it is to work with because it becomes more wet obviously, but that was way worth it to me to be able to have our cake look BRIGHT and girly for my gals birthday! Cant wait to use it while making our salt water taffy!

I LOVE that I have a dye-free option for icing. Most colors are vibrant. Of course with them not containing dyes it’s not going to be super dark, but overall I’m happy with this purchase! The only downside is beets are used for the red dye so it more of a pink rather than true red. Would buy again!
