Green: Water, glycerin, polysorbate 80, trehalose, spirulina extract, turmeric, sodium citrate.

Directions

Basic Blending: Lightly squeeze sides of bottle adding color drop by drop to obtain desired shade. Color results may vary in confections; test in a small amount of preparation before using. When used in baking: Color changes may be noticed if baked at a temperature greater than 350°F. Shake Well Before Use

Extremely disappointing to cook with. The red is a pinky purple, despite using two whole packages (two full bottles per each 12 ounce cake slice), the colors came out pale at best. Green turned to a pinky brown, despite a bake temp of 335 F. So much for a rainbow cake :(Photos are of blue and green.

This is definitely NOT red! It’s too costly not to do what it’s suppose to do. The color is purple. It’s red in the bottle, but when used, it turned purple. I would NOT recommend this for red food coloring.
