Never fails to disappoint!

As a huge fan of the prior two books, I had looked forward to this one and was not disappointed. The creativity and level of skill are as always top notch. Absolutely love fantasy books and have always had a weakness for dragons, and this series really clicks. I will be recommending this and the other books, in fact have already done so. I can't say enough, especially since I know how much goes into writing.

a snippet not a book

Disappointing. This reads like a long snippet, and so the price is too high.

There were only 13 chapters and an epilogue leading up to some sort of later follow up.
Chapter 13 came twice.

The book apparently had been a middle part that had to be , what, moved? Shortened or cut out.

Just a piece of a longer story

This is a snippet originally taken and adjusted from the last book. Therefore, it reads as being very incomplete. While it moves the main character along in his path, that movement is only incremental by the end of this installment. A good majority of the story is centered around conversation and finding answers that may have been better served if they came earlier in the story-line. New characters aren't fleshed out too well beyond pointing the main character on his way, which is a missed opportunity.
