While rambling at the beginning and seemingly repetitive towards the end, this book is best read in small chunks, with a blank mind, no expectations. Let it make its impression. Record your knee jerk reactions. The text has just shown you areas you need to work on. Now move beyond those instant reactions and relax into the words, move them around and deeper meanings will surface. For creatives, use the stories in context of a daily work day creating and suddenly many "aha's" will hit you. Wisdoms that you knew but couldn't quite put your finger on to place in words suddenly crystallize.
While one could list the mechanics and exact content of the book in this review, it would be akin to reading the mechanics of how yoga works on the physical body. But experiencing yoga in action, the multiple level of subtle change that occurs in the body is akin to how this book should be approached and read.
Highly recommend for any creative who is at a crossroads in their career or seeking deeper definition, this book will not only recognize the work of where you have been but trigger the possibilities of the future. Be warned, do not take it at surface level!
