As a life coach it can be hard to find a simple book that gives you easy to follow steps to achieving our goals. 7 Ways is simple, and powerful! I loved the personal stories in this book the most, and having watched Robert over the last few years I guarantee that if you let this book lead the way you will see similar results in your own journey. The chapter on failure was possibly my favorite because as most of us haven't learned yet that failure is part of the learning curve. It's called learning for a reason. We fail in order to grow and I have had my share of flops, gratefully. Thanks for the reminder that this too is part of the process and to just keep going! If you are ready to give your life some vision and lead it with purpose, this book is for you!

If you are looking for a book that simplifies leadership, then "7 Ways To Know You Were Meant To Lead" is a must read. I like how Robert used real life stories to illustrate his points on leadership. My biggest take away was on courage. So many times leaders are expected to take on every opportunity and challenge that comes in their direction because the are "leaders." It was an eye opener for me when I discovered from the book that courage is also learning to say NO in areas that are not in alignment with your strength. This book is for both young and old because you don't need a title to be a leader.

I was fortunate to be able to read the book before its published in return for an honest review.
I really like the book. It is compact and focused on the most important subjects of leadership. Robert's writing style is refreshing, simple yet powerful. I love the self-reflective questions that are related to each chapter and help you to dive a little deeper.
For me, personally, it wasn't quite new information since I work in a similar field but that doesn't mean that its less impactful.
It is definitely a great book to have in your library.

I was honored to be given a preview copy from one of my go-to guys for practical leadership and entrepreneurship. I've followed Robert for over 10 years now and once again he has spoken with wisdom and experience in a way that can be easily applied to my everyday efforts to lead, mentor, and innovate. Many times in the book I was nodding my head and smiling because it seemed as if RK3 had been watching my life in the last 6 months. As always, he shares his ideas right along with the stories of his family and real life. It's a reminder that we aren't just the leaders in the boardroom but also the living room. In my quest to raise four young men into leaders for a bright tomorrow, these lessons can impact how we work with the next generation.

Outstanding Leadership Book, Filled With Valuable Insights

This is one of the best books on leadership I've ever read. It's filled with practical insights, powerful stories, and useful anecdotes. I love how Robert is vulnerable and authentic in his message, showing that you can lead from where you are. This book is one I will return to time and time again as my roadmap for true and authentic leadership. It also acts as a reminder that leadership is something you can live on a daily basis. You can learn how to lead from your true self and this book will show you how!
