I bout this hair tool 8 months ago and have only used it occasionally because I try to limit the amount of heat on my hair. I haven't used it in 2-3 months. I wanted to use it today but it doesn't work. I plugged it in and it will initially turn on, but the heat can't be adjusted and after a few seconds it automatically shuts off. I'm disappointed because this was great while it lasted. There aren't many tapered wands with clips, and now it's out of stock. If you want a hair tool that will only work for 4-5 months, this is the tool for you. :-(

I have thick hair and this iron curls my hair with ease at the highest temperature. It heats up very quickly and also cools quickly once off. I contacted the company because the iron wasn’t turning off when pressing the on/off button, they responded that you must hold the button 2 or 3 seconds for it to turn off. Was very happy that they had responded right away.
