Not only are the doggos good, but so is the game!! Draft dogs and enter them into a dog show where they are rated on unusual attributes such as wag, flood, & boopability. Then over the course of 3 rounds ajust either your dog's or competing dog's stats to try to win and enter your dog into the winners circle, all other dogs go to the yard to play.

This game is both adorable and fun, however it can get a bit long with a full count of 6 players so you might want to limit that.

The hardest part of the game for us was deciding which adorable dogs/puppies to keep and which we were able to give up. They're all good dogs and we wanted all of them!! We rate "We Rate Dogs" with two floofy tails up!!

The dogs in this game are super cute but the game itself is only ok. The instructions are rough. I play a lot of board/card games with my family and I'm the person in charge of learning and teaching rules. These rules were a bit confusing/convoluted and there was a couple missing rules that we had to make house rules for to make the game work. I love watching We Rate Dogs! on TikTok and while the idea of the game is solid, I was kind of disappointed in the execution. We enjoyed playing it but aren't likely to add it to our regular game playing rotation.

This game is super fun. Takes a second to get it so play a practice game first. After you get it though. Super super fun

Just got this for Christmas. It is unnecessarily complex. Also, some cards are so powerful that one alone totally changes who is winning, very arbitrary. The Goodness rule for the last round throws everything done before up in the air. Little skill or strategy involved mainly lots of luck.

As a fan of the eponymous Twitter account, I figured this would be a whimsical game about rating dogs and having fun with fans... boy howdy, was i wrong!

It starts off simple enough, just pick dogs and rate them. Place the dog who might win the round, improve their statistics - then get brutally stomped when your "friend" sends them to "the yard". Seriously, don't get attached to the dogs, because they will be brutally whisked away before you can even react. The only time I've ever seen such backstabbery is in Munchkin, and just like Munchkin, you never want to paint a target on your back.

That said, it's pretty fun, but make sure you are a fan of backstabbing before you buy! That's the only thing keeping this from a solid 5-star review, since it won't be for everyone. But hey, at least you can always just look at the cute dogs and forget that you're all gunning for each other (if that's your preference).

Complicated instructions and cards will not all
Be easily read and understood by kids. Too late to send back and not played. Very disappointing.
