However, this book should be on the desk of every recruiter and hiring manager outside of corporate headquarters. It is a powerful and well-laid-out primer on how to be more sensitive, aware, educated, and action-oriented to hire diverse candidates. This book is not just focused on hiring Veterans, but Military Spouses and Persons with Disabilities, too.

Justin Constantine's latest book, From We Will to At Will is the most comprehensive title I have ever read concerning veteran transition and employment. I have been in the veteran workforce development arena for almost 4 years, and his writing helped reaffirm that I was doing many of the right things, but I also learned a little more with each turned page. I especially appreciated his additional focus on women veterans and the helpful resources in the appendices. We bought 250 copies and have been giving them to veteran-friendly employers across the state of Michigan. Highly recommended!!
