Not only does Rebecca show the way to tax free growth, she does it in a style
That is easy to digest and a very fast read, I knocked out half the book the first night.
Love the history lessons about gold, money, investments. I feel much better equipped to
Take care of my money in the after accumulation phase. The analogies used make it very easy to understand complex ideas.
This is now my handbook on reducing Uncle Sam’s tax bite and growing wealth.
Also appreciate the section on solutions, there are many options that I had no idea were available.
Nice to get some really great knowledge right before Christmas, thanks Rebecca
Put me down for five stars
Much of what is recommended is unconventional and has been used by generations of families as well as banks and corporations to build, preserve and transfer wealth. Based upon her broad experience, the author recommends many specific strategies and shows how they can fit into an overall wealth building plan through both the accumulation and distribution phases of life. She provides the background and context to understand why this book is both timely and needed. She illuminates the pitfalls and shortcomings of much of the conventional advice out there, explains the key obstacles to success and provides the solutions.
The book was written in a conversational style and was enjoyable to read. Through the use of stories and supported by the data and facts, the author has the ability to make information that can be quite complex easy to understand. And her passion for helping people improve their lives shines through.
Being in the financial field myself, I hear all too often that people are just not ready for retirement. They have fallen behind because their traditional retirement plan has failed them. This has become the new norm, but it doesn’t have to be.
Rebecca Walser is one of the top tax strategy gurus of our time and this book will absolutely serve as a guide for a new way of thinking when it comes to building wealth and protecting it so that it can last throughout your retirement. This is the information your wealth advisor probably isn’t telling you!
For everyone who’s already fallen into the traditional retirement traps, this book will show you a way out and how to make the changes you need to protect and get more out of your retirement. “Wealth Unbroken” will empower you to be in control and take action with solutions that will forever change the way you think and most importantly how you invest for your future.
As Walser is a tax attorney, she has an extremely dynamic edge when it comes to wealth planning. Our firm deals with financial planners and I have always thought the missing link to a sound retirement plan is a sound tax plan. As you will find in this book, building wealth is one thing, but building wealth in an environment that has tax efficient and tax favored strategies is what every retiree needs to have.
Times are different today than what they were for our parents and grandparents. As we are in the workforce and trying to build this "retirement nest egg" on our own, we are all on our own little island and our retirement depends on the decisions we make today. This book will help guide you through the weeds of financial planning and give you insight on what you need to know - all in an easy to understand style.
Again - whether you are 25 years old and just getting started or 65 years old and planning to go down the retirement phase - this book will change how you build wealth - but more importantly, educate you on distributing the wealth when you need it most. A+++++++
