The Weber 6507 Rolling Cart is the perfect companion to my Weber 120 Portable Grill. The Weber Q120 Portable Gas Grill exceeded all of my expectations and the Weber Rolling Cart that I ordered to go with it is the perfect companion for it. I have owned many grills in my life since I am 67 years old but this grill is by far the best one I have ever had. I did quite a bit of research on Amazon and other sites before making the decision to buy this one. I had decided that I didn't want a large grill with multiple burners this time and didn't want to have to deal with the big propane tanks since I would only be grilling for 1 to 4 people at a time. I would be storing it in the garage and wanted to be able to easily wheel it out when using it and then wheel it back inside when finished. The grill did require some assembly that took maybe 20 minutes to complete but the Rolling Cart came totally assembled and only required unfolding. I was impressed from the beginning with the heft and quality of the materials used to construct this grill and how well it fit together. I ordered the Q120 model because it has two fold out shelves, a thermometer and an electric starter that the Q100 doesn't have. The little extra cost for the Q120 is worth it. The Q 100 and Q120 will both fit securely on the Weber Rolling Cart so you don't have to mess with having to rig up a table to set the grill and your supplies on. The small canister tanks are very convenient to deal with and the electric starter on the Q120 lights up the grill on the first touch every time. The cooking grate is very heavy, makes great grill marks and cleans easily with a wire brush. Some reviewers have mentioned that the the cart didn't seem very sturdy when brushing off the grill grate but I found no problem with that at all. I have had this grill for about two weeks now, have used it six times and everything has turned out perfectly with it. The rolling cart also folds down to make this whole outfit portable for tail gating and camping. I haven't tried transporting the assembled grill and cart yet. I highly recommend both the Weber Q120 Gas Grill
Weber 516501 Q 120 Gas Grill
and Rolling Cart.

We got this for our Q220 grill. It fits the grill fine, of course. The reason we got this stand instead of the larger, more permanent stand is that we are traveling in our RV and we need a stand that will fold up and store away easily. This stand fits that bill. It is light weight and folds to a reasonable size.
However, for this portability you are giving up sturdiness. It is definitely quite a rickety stand. When you scrape the grill, it practically falls over unless you hold on hard to steady it.
We also thought it would be nice to collapse the cart/stand down to the ground and use the bottom support rack as a handle to roll the grill along the ground to where you want it (pictured by weber to use it that way). I don't know why they show that as a use - it's not do-able with the grill on the stand. You have to remove the grill and pretty much take the stand apart to realign it with the bottom support rack sticking out. They you can put the grill back on, roll where you want, reverse the process. Huh, it would be easier to carry the grill there!
We do not use propane tanks, so I can't comment on how it supports the weight of those on the bottom rack. Although, the bottom rack is not all that strong, so I would doubt it. I think the rack is there just to support the legs of the stand, not to use for any thing else.
Bottom line - If you want a portable stand that is easily stored, this it it. If you want a permanent set up with a bit more stability, I'd look at the other versions.

Heck, even if this were just a mediocre cart, it would be worth every penny just in the amount of time and headache Weber saves you from! Thankfully, this is a great little cart... it's not fancy or high tech; but then again it's just a cart to hold your grill. It's sturdy and I like that the wings fold in to save space when not needed. But the biggest shock was when this arrived at my house. I opened the box, pulled it out of the plastic and was thrilled/shocked that I didn't have to spend the next hour putting the thing together. I cannot remember the last time I purchased anything of this nature that did not require me to translate the instructions for a good hour only to end up with three pieces left over or missing one piece. For that, this cart gets FIVE stars and worth the extra that it costs!!!
I purchased this cart as a back up for the more expensive cart that Weber makes for the Q 220 grill.(I have both) Since it folds up I will more than likely only use it when we take the grill to the beach, or camping. The cart seems well made, but it isn't as, sturdy as the non-folding cart, but that is to be expected. Like with everything else that Weber makes, it's well suited for the job it was designed for. I would highly recommend this cart for anyone who plans to transport their Q grill. The Q220 is a bit on the heavy side so this cart really makes the job of transporting the grill easy. And because it folds up, you can store the cart in the corner and it doesn't take up much room.
After travelling with the Q 200, I wanted a better option than resting it on whatever was handy, picnic tables etc. I read about this unit, how it was extremly light weight making it flimsy. I'm willing to live with that as long as the barbeque can fasten well and not fall off. After removing it from it's box, and snaping things into place, I'm happy with it. No, it's not heavy duty but it serves the purpose it was made for, and it easily collapsible, for a guy anyway, and becomes a towable stand when folded. I wouldn't call it flimsy, just lightweight.I wouldn't fold it with the barbeque on it, but with out it's just fine.
