I followed up Weck distribution and they cannot honor and breakage since purchased through Amazon. Buyer beware they won't stand by product if not purchased by them. It is under 1 year so anything past 1 month, not covered. Best to only go through Weck directly for any replacement of damages. I have over $hundreds invested in these jars and this size was unavailable at the time so found on Amazon. Not again wish they backed up after 1 month for damages. This broke after emptied my overnight oats (I do daily). Wish Amazon or seller would at least replacement these are great jars.
