This is my third leaf blower, with my first two being the typical homeowner gas powered units. After my battles with my "new" Husqvarna gas blower, I figured that maybe an electric blower with the only hassle being an extension cord might be right for me. I have a regular gardener, so I only use my blower to clean out the garage and to blow sawdust off the front driveway and back porch after projects. I was worried that an electric blower would not be as powerful as my gas powered units, but I'm happy to report that during my garage cleanouts I have tools and shop carpets blowing across the floor just like with my previous gas blowers.
The WEB160 has exceeded my expectations, and blows as good as any of my leaf blowers ever had when they were working at their best. The cord issue makes it slightly less mobile, but I will take that ANY day over the hassle of hard starting, smelly gas fumes, and unreliable operation.
