My only downside thing about the cookbook is that the recipes are front/back of pages, and not side by side. In order to look at the recipe fully, one must flip the pages back and forth. I hate doing this in cookbooks. :-(
I prefer a photograph for each recipe because it's hard for me to visualize otherwise, only about 1/3 of the recipes have a photo included.
Each recipe serves 4 and includes nutritional information, which is very helpful when you are counting calories or need excellent/good sources of specific vitamins and minerals.
We are enjoying many of these recipes - and have added several to our "go-to" dinner plans!
I have been cooking for over 40 years and I can move through the kitchen pretty quickly, but there are some of these recipes that take between 45 and 60 minutes to prepare. Perhaps if some prep were done in advance, the thirty minute timeframe is realistic. Still we have enjoyed the recipes in this book. I use it often but allow more time to get dinner on the table.
