A relationship with a narcissist can take a toll on ones’s self esteem, self confidence, daily functioning, other important relationships, and overall well-being. At the same time, it can also interfere with our best judgment, and can be an extremely difficult one to walk away from.
This is a lighthearted, but very validating and informative book that is an essential for anyone who is dealing with a toxic relationship, anyone who is questioning themselves constantly in a relationship, or has been told by caring friends and family that they need to walk away.
This book imparts important clinical information and coping skills in a very accessible and nonjudgmental manner- as if you were talking to your therapist best friend.
Easily digestible and even fun, this book can help give you clarity and perspective, that you can use to make some important self-affirming decisions, and/or to help guide you towards more formal help.

After a bad break up, I didn't realize until I had some distance that I was with someone that had narcissistic traits. This book helps explain many of the things I experienced in a way that's easy to understand. Not to mention, it has the added benefit of coloring pages to help you de-stress as you work through it.
