This is the sort of book to return to repeatedly as time goes by, to try on a new idea and perhaps recognize mastery over an old skill. Much of what the authors say feels like coming home, and honoring the self as valuable.
Recommended for anyone willing to do the work on themselves and the world to make it a better place.
It is full of practical advice on how to get your life back on track with exercised that are not only achievable but easy to do as well. The authors between them have a wealth of knowledge that they share to give you immediate results in changing your life to be closer to what you desire or enhance what you already have..
This is a book that I will re read and re read for many years to come as each visit reveals something new and helpful.
