So I laughed at the beginning and end of the book. However, if that is all you read, you will miss a lot. That would be a shame because the biggest section (huge middle of the book) has a lot of stories that may not have made me laugh but that I enjoyed nonetheless.

It was great to read of incidents in surgery in USAs hospitals.
But the tales of Russia and their medical procedures were both hilarious and thought provoking.
Just shows how much we’ve all progressed in the western world.
