as far as claiming “fineness” .
though I’d say that typical cheap wheat is only ten times finer.
That said for accuracy sake; This truly fine grind has worked great in every thing I’ve tried it in so far. Taste good and as it should.

I love this stuff!
If you're on the Keto diet, this is an essential item for your pantry.
It is super fine, the closest to wheat flour as I've been able to find and has an excellent taste.
So far I've used it for baking cookies and frying.
When using it for baking make sure you use a recipe designed for almond flour as it won't work exactly the same as wheat flour.
As for frying... Wow! It makes some awesome fried chicken! Even off Keto, I now use this almond flour for my breading. Chicken parm is my families favorite. I use 1 1/2 cups almond flour to 1/2 cup grated parm cheese and seasoning to bread chicken breast, it fries up crisp and golden brown.
I served this to dinner guests and no one could believe it was made with almond flour.
It's expensive, but you really get a high quality product. Worth every penny!

Edit: I contacted amazon and they would not help. I contacted Wellbee’s and they happily sent a new bag. It was perfectly fine. Their customer service has made me change my review stars. Not to mention the product was fabulous. I only buy directly from them now. Amazon must not store their food products properly as I have had three issues with food products recently!
If you get a bad bag contact amazon by phone!!!

The fineness of the almond flour is wonderful but I could not get past the horrid smell. The contents of bag smells like a new vinyl tablecloth. I don't know how thats possible but it is disgusting. Since I ordered in July and just now opened it, I guess I am out a small chunk of change. Btw I kept it refrigerated from the first day I had the bag. The smell isn't a rancid smell but a horrid chemical smell. The taste is the same as it smells. I am beyond annoyed!
