The Marketing concepts discussed are well understood to anyone who has worked in marketing or who has good general business skills. The significant value that Valerie adds to the discussion is to put these concepts in the context of the Digital world we are living in now. How do you get your message heard when we are bombarded everyday by so many messages and suffer from information overload? Valerie helps us to understand how to build and distribute valuable content that will make us heard.
I would recommend this book to small to medium sized business who are looking for help getting noticed and are willing to put in the work to do so.
What I enjoyed most about the book is that Valerie provided real life strategies on how to #1 How to earn the right to be heard and #2 HOW to be heard. I particularly enjoyed Chapter 3, Listen Up. As a small business owner it is imperative that I hear and understand my potential clients so I can serve them better. I now feel equipped to get my message out there and shine.
This book is great for any small business owner who has something great to offer but is not quite sure how to stand out in such a loud world. I would give We’re all Ears 5 out of 5 stars.
