Purchase options and add-ons
This practical book is based on the premise that people do not necessarily do what is good for them or what they are told. People's belief systems, who they think they are, and how they think life works, determines their behavior and ultimately their results. To create new levels of success requires new beliefs or new perspectives. This book offers the opportunity to explore your unproductive beliefs and discover new viewpoints to situations. These new viewpoints will accelerate success in all of the areas of your life that you desire.

"This is an absolute must read for the person who wants to enjoy life more, have more, and contribute to others at a very high level. Brian Klemmer captures the often elusive essentials in being a master of the game called life." -- Mark Victor Hansen, co-author of the best selling Chicken Soup for the Soul
"We were so impressed with Brian's training that we offered it to everyone in our factory! The effects were visible and immediate. Many, many employees thanked us for this opportunity to improve their personal lives. This book provides the unique insights into the culture necessary for success in any organization. It is focused on people and personal responsibility. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to improve themselves or their organization. It is more than a must read. It is a must do!" -- Mike Simmons, Vice President Finance and Planning, The Fulton Group of Companies

About the author

Brian Klemmer was an international consultant and speaker whose seminars have been attended by tens of thousands of participants in Japan, Canada, the Philippines, Europe, and throughout the United States. He was truly an entertaining and effective speaker, facilitator and master of group dynamics.
Brian was founder of Klemmer & Associates which has produced results in companies such as ITT Sheraton, Hewlett Packard, American Suzuki Motor Corporation, as well as direct sales companies. He authored the best-selling book If How To's were Enough, We'd all be Skinny, Rich and Happy, which discusses many of the key principles and concepts that are the core of his company and his phenomenal, results-producing seminar series. His most recent book, The Compassionate Samurai outlines the ten traits of a samurai and was recently named a #1 Wall Street Journal Business Book.
On April 7, 2011, Brian passed away as the result of a torn carotid artery. When Brian Klemmer founded Klemmer & Associates, his dream was to create an army of compassionate Samurai to make a difference in this world. The greatest way that those who know and loved Brian can honor him is by stepping into that role. Brian Klemmer was a teacher, mentor, and great leader, and will be sorely missed.

Brian gives a steady balance of moments that wakes up your mind followed by empowering tools for achieving your dreams. Also, this book is action oriented. Expect many moments where you are asked to stop reading and make a list or work through a couple question, or write an action plan. If you don't do the work, don't expect results.
I finished reading this book in under a week (I just couldn't stop). The following week, I re-read this book at a pace of 1 chapter a day to let each chapter sink in and to perform the actions/questions the chapter presents. I plan on rereading this book about once a year to remind myself to sharpen my tools of empowerment and follow through on my goals.
He died of a burst aorta while i was volunteering at one of his seminars.
He is dearly missed.
He and his staff teach the concept of a human disease where WE HAVE TO BE RIGHT.
It took me a LONG time to finally understand this.
WE WANT TO BE RIGHT & so often, mostly subconsciously, we zoom in or attract all the 'evidence' to PROVE whatever we believe, WE ARE RIGHT. so that we can say 'see, i was right'. This will keep you stuck repeating the same mistakes.
And that the LESSONS WE DO NOT LEARN, REPEAT THEMSELVES, and EACH TIME THE LESSON REPEATS ITSELF IT GETS HARDER & HARDER, TIL WE LEARN THE LESSON.
He also teaches that often times we sit and wait til for the methods to appear before we even go towards what we want. He deeply whats us to understand that its ok to NOT know HOW something's going to HAPPEN or get done, that its important to take the journey towards it and then the methods (mechanisms) WILL APPEAR to help us achieve it.
All of Brian's books are worth reading.
