I love a long soak in the bath and am a bit addicted to all types of bath salts, foams and oils. But these Epsom salts from Westlab are just the best for easing tense muscles, toning skin and for helping you sleep like a baby post bath! I have told all my friends and family how good they are. I also use Dead Sea and Himalayan salts which are also good, but Epsom salt just works better and with more impact than any other type. Also, these are a really good price from this seller ( much cheaper than on the High Street) and they always arrive quickly and well packed. I recently pulled a back muscle and these helped better than painkillers!

For better value buy 5kg+ at a time, but great packaging for bath salts from Westlab, very rugged and easily resealable and splash-proof and free-standing.

Product seems pure, it dissolves easily in warm water, completely un-perfumed and relieves itchy skin, thanks!

(Edit: for people for whom this didn't completely alleviate discomfort, mix this with Bicarb about 60/40 - Bicarbonate of Soda at food & medicinal grade is also available here at bulk rates in waterproof resealable 5kg+ packs cheap, don't buy tiny portions from supermarket!)
