The product itself is amazing! It lasts forever, the mulled wine is the perfect shade for me. It’s highly pigmented and buildable. However, since I love it so much and I don’t think they make this shade anymore, I paid a ridiculous price for it. I was willing to do that because I love it so much BUT, like many others, it arrived completely shattered. More care and thought should be put into shipping, especially since it’s been a reoccurring theme. A bubble mailer is not enough. Super bummed!
