About the Author
Federico Campagna is a publisher and activist. He was the main organizer of the "What are we struggling for?" conference at the ICA, London, and is the founder and editor of Through Europe (http://th-rough.eu) and editor of Franco Berardi Bifo's forthcoming reader. He contributes to a number of magazines in Italy and the UK.
Emanuele Campiglio is an Economics Researcher at the New Economics Foundation. He is the author of With the World on its Shoulders: Global issues and Limits to Growth (2010).
