When it arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find that this book is a as good as the first one.
The story is about a boy and a girl that has curiosities about what heaven is like. The boy is the older of the two and he is remembering the things that their earthly father has told them about God and heaven. As he remembers the things he was told, throughout the book there are verses from scripture that relate to each thing he tells his little sister. This book teaches children that it is okay to ask questions and to be curious about heaven and God. It teaches them that God loves them beyond the comparison of even the love of their own parents. With two small children talking between themselves and figuring these things out, it helps our own children to see that they are not alone when it comes to their own curiosities.
This book should be in every home that has children that have questions about God and heaven. It should be in every home that has children, so the adults there can teach them about God and heaven.
The illustrations/art are most beautiful on every page.
Use one page a night for a short devotional or read through the whole thing. Good bedtime book.
