Blueprint tells his worst horror stories, after more than a decade of DIY tours. The laughs are frequent and there were a couple of jaw dropping twists that left my coworkers peeking over my shoulder as I read. (One of my favorite parts involved a heckler, where Print got the entire audience to heckle her back, call-and-response style.)
As a touring artist myself, some of these moments are relatable, but I think anyone can enjoy this book without that extra context. My only complaint is that of its brevity, but I'd rather be left wanting more than stuck with filler. It's a great look behind the scenes of underground hip hop, and quite funny from start to finish. Highly recommended for fans of Blueprint, Rhymesayers, or music biographies.
