In short, no matter where you are in your life's journey toward self awareness and self love you’re sure to find something that makes you glad you purchased and read Jonathan's book. Happy reading
I loved reading the book, the sentences, the words (my Kindle version has much yellow marked sentences).
Every time I took the book to read a few pages, a feeling of well-being and peace came into me. Just sitting down reading alone did the job, how wonderful.
The advice is great and filled with love f.e. "Speak the truth - do it with kindness / stop complaining / serve others from a sense of gratitude and abundance / we still own the power of choice in how we respond / ...opens incredible new chances for growth and problem-solving".
He explains so well why self-love is so essential to bring your unique contribution to this world and your surroundings, especially when you are drowning in fear and misery - like he was when his beautiful son died at the age of 19.
Thank you Jonathan!
Jonathon has the amazing ability to describe his own experiences and show you how what he has learned can apply to your own life. It will encourage you to think of past experiences in a different light, showing you that many of us go through similar traumas, whether it's a major illness (in my case, cancer in my 20s), divorce, financial crisis, losing a job, and so on.
These traumas need healing, sometimes by talking to a trained counselor. There should be no stigma or shame in seeking help. Emotionally strong people can get the help they need as long as they seek it out and are open. As someone who's had depression and has a family history of depression, I've been so relieved to find excellent therapists who can help me heal from past experiences.
This book will support you in your quest to know and like yourself better. It's compact, doesn't pull any punches and is easy to read. I highly recommend it.

I hope this book has such a positive effect on you too. It's a must read! I'm going to keep revisiting this book, as I know I'll get something new from it with each read.
Thank you Jonathon!
There are lots of great thoughts and clear steps how to go about certain things - totally resonates with me. I like that chapters are short and concise but on point. I.e. take responsibility for your life and actions, don't let anyone mess with your "chi" and learn how to deal with my feelings were my favourites.
I love how Jonathon tells us about his personal experiences and about his son in particular. It's heartbreaking but very empowering at the same time. Start loving yourself right now, get this book and follow advice. Highly recommended!
