Though some of the beginning of the book feels overly simple, the author's assertion that picking a niche and a great title really is critical. It's particularly helpful that she gives lots of specific titles and examples of what would be good topics for someone to write about based on their own experience and knowledge. She gives a long list of sample titles to spur ideas.
It's also good that she stresses that you need to have several (or many) books out to really start gaining traction with sales. And she talks about nasty reviewers and books that flopped, which is a good reality check for what to expect.
The Fiverr recommendations alone are worth the price of the book. They're tempting, but so much of the Fiverr promotions seem spammy... I have not yet pulled the trigger on doing one of the promotions just because it reminds me a lot of low-quality SEO. But it probably does work, at least to an extent. Besides, you have to be willing to make a few mistakes with your book promotion or you'll never take any action.
There were several new strategies, angles and methods to increase sales of your kindle books and among them were plenty of free resources as well as paid resources.
I believe What I Did to Sell More Kindle Books on Amazon should definitely be a resource you have on hand and refer to again and again as you implement the strategies it details for you and continue to refine your marketing strategy based on your results. A solid guide full of helpful resources and great proven ways to get targeted book buyers buying your kindle book.

I especially liked the marketing info such as checking with free lancers as to the demographics of their core group before you hire them. I also liked the personal recommendations to Fiverr. There are many excellent people working there, and it's good to know in advance some of the better choices rather than rely on a hit or miss hiring policy. I also liked her ideas for tracking performance of marketing activities.
All in all, a useful guide for new authors and publishers.
Great job, Diana.
