Format: Hardcover Verified Purchase
Excellent novel about a group of wealthy Europeans and their interpersonal relationships. The characterizations, dialogue, and narration are all extremely funny in the kind of way that you find yourself smiling as you read a sentence, and then laughing right afterward, and then reading the sentence aloud to whoever is in the room with you. If you enjoy Whit Stillman movies, you will probably enjoy this book.
