Her first book “The What When Wine Diet” was about what to eat, when to eat it and added wine!!!! So you can see why I was so interested. I listened to it on audible and even though I was interested in IF, I wasn’t ready to commit.
This summer, I did a weight loss challenge with my friends and some of us started counting macros. In the midst of our frustration that the weight was slow to come off I mentioned the WWW diet.
This started my 2nd round in my interest of Intermittent Fasting. Could it be the miracle of fat loss?? I found Melanie on her podcast with Gin Stephens and binged listened to all of them. Then I YouTubed every video to get even more info!
The first version of this book is what got me started and now I’m devouring every page of the new version on WHAT WHEN WINE! Ready to pick Melanie’s brain! I’m
