A lot of the reviewers state that Turabian is useful/required for various degrees. OK... but what is new in the 8th edition? If it is more concise, what is missing? If it included information on how to cite electronic sources, what kinds?

I really want to know if they have tackled the scholarly use of e-books. What's new? or does the publisher just need to make more money off of professors and grad students who will buy the updated edition?
