I'm not sure what I expected when I started reading this book, but based on the review I expected it to be well written. It wasn't. There are at least 200 pages of fluff and drivel that add absolutely nothing to the story and I have no idea why it was included. The reader is tortured with minute by minute descriptions of daily life that is boring and has no point. Then there are the pretend angels that the author throws in every once in a while, again for no reason.
The author's claim is that she followed the Zodiac one night, accidentally, and that this spooked him to the point that he committed suicide. Really? Oh, and that the police know all about this but never told any one. Really? The author also implies that she knows much more about the Zodiac than the police do and that they should be deferring to her superior knowledge and skills. She acts insulted that the police don't keep her informed. This woman has quite the ego and thinks very highly of herself. Apparently she also thinks that someone is interested in her day to day life and her religious fanaticism. She squanders page after page describing both. I'm not interested. I don't think you will be either. Don't bother with this book. It has no basis in fact and is an ego driven account of a woman's life and how she thinks she "broke" the Zodiac case.
