"Becky Benishek's astonishing tale of a bored snail, who fails to see the beauty and excitement in the world around him until he truly opens his eyes, is one filled with smiles and excitement from beginning to end. The story encourages readers to go out and explore up close what is right there, at the ends of their noses, instead of complaining and becoming so easily bored. Doing so not only shines a spotlight on the beauty of your natural surroundings, once you open your eyes and truly see it, but also enables you to make new friends without trying too hard. I recommend What's at the End of Your Nose? not only to children, but to people of all ages."

From the Author
One day, I saw a series of photographs about snails--with the perspective hunkered way down at snail level. These snails didn't seem to be doing ordinary things, either. They were exploring, contemplating, gazing, and learning.
I was instantly captivated.
But then I thought: What if this were just one snail? What if this were a diary of that one snail's day?
And Sidney Snail was born.
I sat down at the kitchen table, before breakfast even, and wrote about it. My good friend, Kelly Cline, agreed to illustrate it. An excellent editor from Fiverr, Qdmerit, helped make it shine. I am so pleased to be able to share it with you now.

A fantastic story about the life of one the small creatures you normally don't notice, bringing you down to his level in a fun adventure!
I also really like the message that you can find amazing things all around you if you only look.
