What's the difference?

I've read "Geisha of Gion" also by Mineko Iwasaki. What's the difference between that one and this? From the reviews it seems to be the same book?

But it isn't written by a white man. It's written by Mineko Iwasaki herself - just like "Geisha of Gion" is.
