Last evening they went back to the castle visited in Book 1. Is this castle an ordinary castle? No, it has pink walls! Outside the castle there are a variety of roads to choose from and so this time, they decided on the blue road. What was that noise? Somebody or something reciting their times tables? Oinkedy! A pink pig in a yellow tutu?! This is no ordinary pig, this is Daisy May from Wisconsin. Wait until you meet all her friends!
Daisy May is feeling a little homesick and as Amanda Grace is from Minnesota, right next to Wisconsin, she asks Amanda Grace if she would take her home with her? What happens when they arrive home?
This is an absolutely delightful and well-written short chapter book for young children with simply lovely illustrations scattered throughout to enable you to "see" the characters. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I look forward to reading more in the series.
