So when I came across this book my curiosity got the better of me as a few nights before my daughter presented to me her friend who's having lots of water retention problem and needed some advice. She had seen the doctors, ingested hundreds of miraculous pills and nothing helped. I was in the middle of preparing her some concoctions of essential oils and after reading this book things are beginning to take shape in my head. No more haziness.
You see, we are a nation of bread eaters & one of the things that's mentioned in the book is bread. We eat them by tons! So here I see at least one problem...
This book is well explained, very clear & precise without over complicated jargons. Don't I hate authors who write for the public but meant for the scientific geeks.
This book is so clearly indicated and the info you'll get from the author is well worth the time you spent reading it..I promise.
I have read the recipes too & I'd love to try them especially the one with the grapefruit but I'll be using the organic coconut sugar instead as I love the taste.
I like the idea of having the 3 meals so I don't have to look around to start with and some of the recipes that call for meat I'll substitute it with something else. Meat is off my eating habit for months now & I feel good.
Anyone who's reading this, I would highly recommend this book.

It's hard to lose weight and get in shape if what we're eating
shuts off our satiety button and we feel like we always want more.
I agree that once I'm off of grains and especially wheat for at least a
week or two, I no longer crave it. And I am also much more satisfied
with the food I am eating. But once I go back onto the grains, I am ravenous
for more and more and it takes a huge strength of will to get back off of
them again.
I liked that some recipes were included as well. There were definitely
a handful that I bookmarked to try out.
Going wheat-free, as this book suggests, will introduce you to a new way of eating and teach you to say no to all those fat forming foods such as rich pastries, pastas and other highly processed wheat based products in favour of healthy vegetables, grains, lean meats etc.
I found this guide highly motivational, and that's the most important thing IMHO when starting out on a new eating regime.

It tells you about gluten intolerance and wheat allergy and the symptoms. This information can be found on many web sites; free of charge. Going on a wheat/gluten free diet is also not guaranteed to help you loose weight. If you do have a genuine intolerance to gluten the chances are that going on gluten free diet will make you put on a bit of weight as you body would now be able to absorb all the nutrients from your food that it could not do before. My daughter is a medically diagnosed Coeliac and once her diet improved she did put on weight.
Bought this as it was offered at £1:39p as a download. Would have been VERY annoyed if I had paid the full price of £10:37p, and it would have been returned ASAP!!
Better information out there if you look. My advice; don't waste your money on this book!
Im celiac so need to be wheat free but it's so difficult to find ready made foods that do not contain it. Thankfully the book contains a comprehensive collection of recipies along with the nutritional info that I needed to become wheat free.
Its a good book, buy it!
