Top Customer Reviews
About the bottles itself, they are quality and well made, the cap feels solid and does not feel 'cheap'. Some people say their cap smells, I have not noticed anything peculiar with mine, but I prefer to wash them out in water anyway. Since the bottles are considered lab grade, this means they will have virtually no contaminants that could leak into your solutions. They are perfectly acceptable for storing food items in. I use my bottles to store my homemade solutions and medicines that needed to be protected against sunlight.
Arrived in sectioned off box so no clinking of glass on glass and not all scuffed up, so great to see, since these are not cheap.
Would recommend bottles & shipper.
It arrived in a rectangle box. They used those air gas pillows to pad around the sides, but not on the bottom side and THAT was where the breakage was. The delivery was timely. I didn't have an issue with the shade of amber of the glass; maybe the lighting of early Spring coming in my windows, made it NOT a problem for me. I only intend to use 10 bottles at most so the one broken is not a problem for me.
I wonder if they presume that everyone only uses so many ozs worth? Say, a gallon.
Still waiting on my vanilla to come in; decided to try to make my own, rather than just buy a gallon, as I had in mind originally.
