This book was amazing and while I don't want to spoil any of it for anyone who hasn't read it there is some rather tense moments. If you've not read the other books in the series I completely recommend them because while not required to understand and follow this story it is helpful. (honestly, though the other books are as good).
The dynamic between Seb and Michael is a joy to watch unfold, especially given the history Michael shares with Seb's bestie and roommate, Jamie. It shows what the power of understanding and forgiveness can do for a man who has made some terrible mistakes in his past.
So buy it already..seriously you really won't be sorry you did :-D
Mike has come to town to apologize to someone he really, seriously messed up when he was young. He's 20 now and trying to get his life on track. After his apology is accepted by Jamie, he has no further plans, no place to go, no one looking for him to be anywhere. But Jamie has a heart of gold and puts a bit of effort into helping Mike start a new life in this town. Jamie's friend and roommate Seb is a helpful sort of guy, and offers his help with plumbing and painting at Mike's new apartment. And then.....
Really, I could give you more details. But why? I don't want to spoil it, and you don't want it spoiled. If you liked book one (Shane and Alex) and you liked book 2 (Reed and Jamie) then you will like this one. If you didn't read the first ones, well....you don't have to, but the story will be more meaningful because the backstory is kind of important on this one. My only regret with this book is it ended too quickly. I wish the ending had more details, or an epilogue or something. sigh. No matter, I know these guys will be back in the next book!
However, as with all of Aria Grace's books, I can do without the 2, 3 or more graphic and detailed sex scenes. If I wanted to read PORN I'd find other kinds of books!
Also, the book isn't that thick, only 282 pages, so I'm glad their only around 10 bucks. I'd be pissed if I spent 15 dollars for a novel I find online and get a little more than a short story.
The story is a little shallow but still okay, he meet love and it's a happy ending. The writing style is easy to read.
I don't get that all consuming feeling when I read but it's a good 4 star read.
This series is kind of innocent and sweet, but I like them.
