Looks like somebody else had this to begin with it actually fell apart the first day as I was just experimenting to to clean my clubs I don’t recommend this at knife at all for the price I’m gonna call Amazon right after this and explain to them also both of them came I ordered two and they both came damaged

    The ceat tightener was very difficult to open--I used a butter knife to pry it out--even wiggling it back & forth did not improve the swivel.

    The pen is so tiny. If used often the ink won't last and is not refillable--however once empty, it can be used to clean out gunk from golf club grooves.

    Yes, it could have used a bottle opener but that would only add to its weight--better to carry a separate bottle opener.

    If the price and utility meets your needs, then buy it.

    Due to the issue with the cleat tightener, I decided to return it to get something else--likely costing much more.

    Update: My original title was something like, "You get what you pay for. No wonder it was 75% off". Well, I browsed around and couldn't find anything similar for its size and utility and everything else came with a big price. So, I ordered a new one. It arrived today. The cleat tightener still took a little effort to open--but much less effort than the first one. My comment still stands regarding the tiny pen. Overall, that's why I rated it as 4 stars. A nifty little tool.
